Attendance and Absence
Parents are requested to encourage regular attendance and punctuality as both are essential for progress.
A sick child should be kept at home if she/he does not feel well enough to work. Sick children at school may contribute to the spreading of illness.
When a child will not be attending school or will be late, we ask that parents ring (5332 7680), complete an absentee form (in eForms) on the Skoolbag App or text (0409 382 674) the school prior to 9.30am to advise the school of the absence. If the school has not been advised and a child is absent the school will contact the parent/guardian.
If a family holiday is to be taken during school time, we ask that both the classroom teacher (via the students diary) and administrative staff (via Skoolbag absentee form, text 0409 382 674 or phone 5332 7680) be notified.
