Online Ordering for Canteen & Events
Flexischools is a cashless way to pay for canteen orders and other parent club/social events (ie. tickets to the School Concert). Parents/guardians will need to set up an account online at www.flexischools.com.au.
Select Register and follow the instructions. Add your child, our school (St Patrick’s Parish Primary School, Ballarat) and class to get started (please ensure you select your child’s correct class). Canteen orders close 8.45am on Friday mornings. Uniform shop orders can be placed at any time. Each year parents/guardians will need to select their child’s correct class.

School Canteen

The school canteen operates each Friday. Many parent volunteers are involved in the running of this service.Lunch orders are to be ordered online through Flexischools as detailed above by 8.45am. Orders are to be placed in the classroom lunch tub by 9.00 am.
The Canteen Committee oversees the stock management and is one of the arms of the Parent Club.
Parents also assist in organizing special days when the children can order hot dogs, sausages, soup, etc.
